Migration Complete!

All services in the old server are now stopped to avoid conflicts. It will be taken offline on 21st May 2011, after which data will be removed permanently and not retrievable. If you encounter any problem with your account after this migration, please contact us immediately.

New Server 1 uses Softaculous instead of Fantastico. If you have any scripts previously installed by Fantastico or manually, you can import/synchorize them by following this tutorial.

If you have not corrected the name servers of your domain, please modify them as instructed below.

As our continuous effort to provide you a better and more stable hosting environment, we have setup a new and more powerful server. This new server will replace the current server to host your account.

Specifications Of New Server:
Intel i7-2600 (upgrade from Q9550)
8GB DDR3 RAM (upgrade from 8GB DDR2)
100Mbps Port
Softaculous (194 scripts) replacing Fantastico (64 scripts)
CloudLinux 5.5 (When system abuser is detected, his site will go down, yours is not affected at all)

The migration will start on 15th May 2011. We reckon it needs no more than a week to complete. At the moment, kindly confirm that the name servers of your domain are set correctly. This is to avoid any downtime after the old server is taken offline.

Please check the name servers of your domain name at http://enc.com.au/itools/nscheck.php, then perform the needed actions IMMEDIATELY. The DNS records are already synchronized to the new server. So you have no need to worry about any downtime.

CASE 1: ns1 & ns2.cyberultra.net OR ns1 & ns2.unifiedns.com

No action required


CASE 2: ns1 & ns2.yourdomain.com

Update your name server IPs with your domain provider.

Then login to cPanel, click "Advanced DNS Zone Editor". If the A records of ns1 and ns2 exists, edit them according to the IP above. Otherwise, you can add them in the same page.

CASE 3: Other name servers

Change name servers to ns1 & ns2.unifiedns.com

Or point your domain name to IP AFTER MIGRATION.


No other action is required from your end. We will complete the migration smoothly and minimizing the downtime of your web site.
