Server migration is complete!
At the moment, please check your account thoroughly, if you discover any problem or anything is missing, please submit a ticket in Account/Billing Department IMMEDIATELY. The old server will be taken offline on 3rd May 2011. Data in the old server will become unretrievable after that.
New Server 3 uses Softaculous instead of Fantastico. If you have any scripts previously installed by Fantastico or manually, you can import/synchorize them by following this tutorial.
If you have not corrected the name servers of your domain, please modify them as instructed below.

First off our deepest apologies for the unstable service you experience during the last few months. While we did all we could, things happened and we are sorry to say that the current Cloud Server 3 is deemed not suitable to host your account any further. Hence we have prepared to migrate your hosting account to a more stable environment.

IP of new server: 69.50.218.99
The migration will start on 22th April 2011. We reckon it needs a week to complete. Before that, please confirm that the name servers of your domain are set correctly. This is to avoid any downtime after the old server is taken offline.
Please check the name servers of your domain name at http://enc.com.au/itools/nscheck.php, then perform the needed actions IMMEDIATELY. The DNS records are synchronized to the new server. So you have no need to worry about any downtime.
