Why I'm not receiving any emails?

Each email account is alloted a specific disk quota (10MB by default) when created. You may need to check if it has exceeded its allowed disk space limit. Most of the time the disk usage accumulates in the trash folder. You can check and delete all unwanted emails or increase the limit of your email account by accessing to your cPanel account.

Please login to your My Account and open a support ticket to our technical team if you are not receiving any new emails.
